CredAble is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Specialist.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise various commercial contracts, including but not limited to: SaaS Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Sales Personnel Agreement, Digital Marketing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contractor Agreements
- Lead and participate in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Draft and review Terms of Use and Privacy Policies to ensure they meet legal requirements and reflect best practices.
- Work closely with business teams to address contract-related issues and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, Indian IT Act, and PDP Singapore.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
