Details of the Job/Internship

EmbarkGCC is hiring a Legal Specialist with 7–9 years of relevant experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review a variety of contractual documents, including appointment, onboarding, and commercial agreements, and NDAs.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and manage post-execution obligations.
• Track deliverables and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and processes.
• Work with contract management tools.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier/buyside agreements for procurement of goods and services.
• Customize templates to meet specific business requirements while ensuring compliance.
• Review supplier templates and highlight deviations posing operational risks.
• Liaise with business, finance, and technology teams to ensure timely agreement closures.
• Understand business requirements, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Support the in-house legal team and other departments as required.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• 7–9 years of hands-on experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of contractual documents and intake triage.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, organisation contracting policies, and contract management tools.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in technology-driven consulting or transformation projects is an asset.
