Details of the Job/Internship

Eviden is looking for candidate for the position of Eviden with experience of 8 to 12 years.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a variety of agreements related to the business of the organisation, including but not limited to MSA, SOW and other related agreements concerning product agreements etc regarding data, software, SaaS, computers, professional services as well as consulting, reselling and partnering agreements etc. in an end-to-end manner;
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on non-disclosure agreements, data protection agreements, bank / parental / corporate guarantees, novations, assignments, amendments, addendums, change request documentations, declarations, undertakings, engagement letters, name change and other legal letters etc. in an end-to-end manner;
• Initiate or participate in discussions or negotiations, either internally with the business team or the legal teams from the affiliates or group companies or legal teams from the client, vendor, reseller, subcontractor etc. and participate in the team efforts whenever required, including for the preparations for internal approval processes;
• Support on dispute resolution processes like issuance of in-house legal notices etc.;
• To take part in the internal compliance committee and / or any other such committees as may be nominated by the Head of the Legal Department;
• Work towards initiating and executing special projects, and other responsibilities as may be required, find ways to improve the contract processes, procedures and support the continuous improvement of contracting templates;
• Balance multiple legal documentation simultaneously on a time-sensitive basis to ensure that the deadlines are duly met, in a multifaceted fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Education - Qualified lawyer with a degree of LL.B
• Exp - 8-12 years' of Relevant Experience 

Salary/Stipend
