Gates Corporation is hiring a Patent Search Analyst to conduct comprehensive patent searches, analyze patent landscapes, and collaborate with IP Attorneys and R&D stakeholders globally. The role supports patent filing, prosecution, and strategic IP initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches using databases and tools, including FTO and invalidity studies.
- Analyze patent landscapes to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of search results.
- Collaborate with IP Attorneys and R&D stakeholders globally to support patent filing and prosecution.
- Support strategic IP initiatives by collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and tools in patent searching.
- Utilize AI tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of patent searches and analysis.
Eligibility
- Indian Patent Agent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property.
- Master’s degree in relevant scientific fields (mechanics, material science, electronics, physics, or other fields relevant to the business).
- Excellent proficiency in English.
