Details of the Job/Internship
Gehi & Associates is hiring an Immigration/Legal Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to join their online office on a full-time, onsite basis. The role involves handling inbound calls from prospective clients, assessing immigration needs, and converting inquiries into active cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking immigration assistance.
- Conduct initial eligibility assessments and communicate the value of legal services.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, answering legal questions with empathy and accuracy.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining service packages, timelines, and processes.
- Coordinate with legal operations and case managers for client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM and case management tools.
- Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies.
- Share insights with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.
Eligibility
- Law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent; bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration law or consulting, preferably in a client-facing or sales role.
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
- Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and legal case management tools.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Only Hyderabad candidates will be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
