Google is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and records.
- Conduct legal reviews, due diligence, and internal investigations.
- Support transactional processes, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and external parties on legal matters.
- Handle information requests and assist with regulatory responses and third-party diligence.
- Analyze legal operations data, develop metrics, and recommend process improvements.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of legal work experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and support administrative functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience reviewing and organizing legal documents.
