Details of the Job/Internship

Hexaware Technologies IT Services and IT Consulting is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist with 3-5 Years of experience to work in the Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing, Drafting, and negotiating all documentation governing business, procurements, outsourcing, large-scale IT deal,s and Technology Contracts.
• Driving complex Software Licensing and other IT arrangements and contracts.
• Advise and support senior stakeholders on deals providing commercially sound advice while mitigating risks for the Company.
• Advising on termination of agreements/ dealings of commercial contracts including disputes relating to such contracts
• IP protection – trademarks, copyright, etc.
• Experience with litigation
• Employment law and related matters
• Experience in handling IT/non-IT projects, technology contracts, cloud, IT services, Property contracts, Litigations and Corporate laws
• Sound experience in handling large legal projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Effective communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Should be open to work from the office.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM graduate.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years
