Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Assistant Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, addressing legal issues, and effective communication within the organization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 3+ years experience in a corporate entity.
- Legal Document Preparation and Understanding Legal Issues.
- Legal research.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the US healthcare industry is a plus.
