Imagineers Group, in collaboration with Goldman Sachs, is hiring a Legal Analyst for its Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and analyse derivative transactions and apply fact sets to determine netting and collateral enforceability.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update data reference points.
• Perform data analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.

Eligibility

• Experience in derivative products, legal netting, or collateral enforceability.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Immediate availability required.

Salary/Stipend
