Imagineers Group is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist to join their Bengaluru, Karnataka office. This job is on-site in Bangalore, 5 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Review and analyze contracts and agreements to identify and extract critical information.
2. Communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of contractual obligations.
4. Maintain and update documentation related to contract analysis.

Eligibility

1. Proven experience in contract analysis or a related field.
2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Immediate availability is required.

Salary/Stipend
