Details of the Job/Internship

Lawyer Panel is hiring a Legal Specialist to join their office in Kolkata. The role focuses on protecting clients’ legal rights in financial contracts, assisting senior lawyers in achieving resolution objectives, drafting legal documents and submissions to regulatory authorities, and supporting dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Protect clients’ legal rights in financial contracts.
• Assist senior lawyers in achieving client resolution objectives.
• Draft legal documents and submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to client acquisition and retention.
• Help clients resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration.
• Support negotiations and discussions with stakeholders.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM – 2025/2026 Batch.

Salary/Stipend
