Details of the Job/Internship

Lilamani Group is hiring a Legal Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and draft various legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Vet simpler legal matters in-house to ensure operational speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external law firms to ensure the timely completion of complex legal deliverables.
• Support real estate-specific documentation, including land titles and agreements.
• Manage RERA-related filings and ensure adherence to regional property regulations.
• Maintain an organized system for legal records, contracts, and compliance trackers.
• Identify potential legal risks and escalate them to senior management or external counsel as necessary.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) or additional certifications are preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in legal coordination, compliance, or contracts management.
• Strong ability to review, vet, and draft simple contracts and legal notices.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector or with property documentation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations, land titles, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for interfacing with external agencies.
