Details of the Job/Internship

Mercor is hiring a Legal Specialist with litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support new Uruguay dataset projects on a part-time, contract basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
• Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional work.
• Familiarity with Uruguay legal and regulatory document sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines.

Salary/Stipend
