Details of the Job/Internship
Padamamala Consultants LLP is hiring a Legal Specialist for a full-time, on-site role to join its New Delhi office. The Legal Specialist will provide legal advice and consulting on compliance and regulatory matters, prepare and review legal documents, address legal issues, and ensure adherence to applicable laws while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client operations and compliance requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and consulting on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents.
- Address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in corporate compliance and legal advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong expertise in law and legal consulting.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and handling legal issues.
- Knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements and legal frameworks.
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and meet deadlines.
