Protiviti India Member Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Specialist with 0–1 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support review and drafting of commercial contracts, including licensing and technology agreements.
• Assist in contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Provide legal research and analysis on Indian laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and assess their business impact.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a reputed institution.
• 0–1 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
