At present, it is engaged in infrastructural jobs which involve the development of 2000 sqkm. Its architectural jobs span more than a 10 million sqft.

Details of the Job/Internship

RADIANT is hiring a Legal Specialist to join them at Port Blair office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance for master planning and PPP projects in the tourism sector.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to address legal concerns and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure all project activities align with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Offer insights and strategies to navigate complex legal challenges in the tourism domain.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLM (Master of Laws) degree.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in legal practice.
• Proven expertise as a legal advisor in at least three master planning or PPP projects within the tourism sector.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to tourism, infrastructure, and PPP frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
