Details of the Job/Internship
Randstad Global is hiring a Legal Specialist / Responsible AI Program Manager with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on EU AI Act and global AI regulations.
- Track priorities, deliverables, and deadlines of the Responsible AI Program.
- Support assessments of AI systems and use cases.
- Draft and implement policies, guidelines, and training related to responsible AI.
- Prepare and circulate communications and updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations and training on responsible AI topics.
- Collaborate with global legal, IT, and compliance teams.
Eligibility
- Law degree preferred. Degree in public administration, public affairs, or public policy with relevant work experience may also be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI law, EU digital law, compliance, or IT law.
- Strong project/program management and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
