Rosa Realty is hiring a legal specialist to join them in Thane office.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents, monitoring the implementation of legal clause and active cases. The job overall demands superior leadership skills, analytical skills and decision making skills. The job also requires overall strategy planning in all active legal matters within the organisation, overseeing and negotiating interactions with outside counsel.
Eligibility
- Experience of 8-10 years in revenue and land related matters.
- Vast knowledge and experience in BTL ACT 1948, MRTP ACT 1966.
- Fluency in reading and drafting documents in Marathi and English.
- Experience in Thane court, and Bombay High court with revenue related cases.
- Knowledge about Maharashtra Private forest act 1975.
- Experience with licensing and co-related matters.
