Details of the Job/Internship

Sampann Group is hiring Legal Specialist with the experience of 7 years to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal and one should discuss legal advice in legal counsel
• preparing legal Drafting documents, and handling legal issues related to the company's operations.
• The Legal Advisor will also be responsible for providing guidance on labour and employment law and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
• Minimum Experience in 7 years and providing Legal Advice and Handling Legal Issues
• Experience in Labour and Employment Law with a strong focus on compliance Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the construction and low industry is a plus
