They are dedicated to the planet's sustainable development and promote rural livelihood, empower women, and work towards making schools cleaner and greener. Their team aims to reduce the global public's carbon footprint while mobilizing them for environmental conservation. Through GPS technology integrated with Google Earth and Maps, they have devised geo-tagging of trees, thus providing visibility and transparency to our stakeholders and contributors. 

Details of the Job/Internship

SankalpTaru is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist to join their Dehradun office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal support and advice to the management on relevant legal issues.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
• Calculating and handling risks in processes and decision-making.
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements,s, etc.
• Executing procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs.
• Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of law and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the organization's legal function.
