SANY Saudi Arabia is hiring a Legal Specialist with experience of 5 years to join their office in Riyadh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
- Assist in the management of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance in business practices.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise management accordingly.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and discussions with external parties.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations related to corporate governance and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
