Details of the Job/Internship
Senvion India is hiring a Legal Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience for their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle all project, procurement, and vendor contract-related legal matters.
- Finalize, review, and negotiate various agreements including GCCs, NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, LoAs, Lender Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Manage pre-award and post-contract legal matters including negotiations, compliance, and claim settlement.
- Handle contractual issues such as extensions of time, LDs, termination, changes, and contract closure.
- Identify and assess legal risks in company procedures and documentation.
- Advise on litigation strategies and represent the company in legal disputes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to draft sub-contracting, JV, framework, and consortium agreements.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure/renewable energy industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
