Details of the Job/Internship
Senvion India is hiring a Legal Specialist with experience of 8+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Finalisation, review, and negotiation of GCC, NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, LoAs, lender agreements, bank and financial institution documents, and other commercial agreements.
- Manage pre-award and post-contract legal negotiations, compliances, contractual risk assessments, contracts administration, correspondence, claim settlement, and contract closure.
- Handle contractual issues, prepare and reply to claim notices such as extension of time, liquidated damages, termination, change and variations, and claims.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify risks and prepare pre-litigation and litigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for preparation of contract documents, sub-contracting agreements, and joint venture, framework, or consortium agreements.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a reputed institution and at least 8+ years of experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the infrastructure or renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team management experience.
