Details of the Job/Internship

Sri Sumeru Realty Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Specialist with experience of 10 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, Review contracts, Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deeds, and other legal documents.
• Proper documentation for Land Acquisition, Conduct Title Verification, and Title Due Diligence to ensure clear titles and avoid legal disputes.
• Legal advice on Joint ventures, Project structuring as per RERA and applicable real estate laws.
• Handle and Oversee litigation related to real estate and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Represent the company in courts and arbitration.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Kannada.
• Strong understanding of Karnataka-specific real estate laws including RERA and Municipal laws.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate legal matters.
• Expertise in Land laws, Property registration, and real estate litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
