Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the funding/closing process following sanctions
• Managing amendments or restructuring of existing financings.
• Detail oriented approach with attention to “line by line” review of documents working with independent transaction counsel.
• Review of Title diligence
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and counterparties to facilitate the execution of transactions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and procedures.
• Provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organisation as needed.

Eligibility

• Prior experience working for the Real Estate Sector within banking firms and/or NBFCs is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing lending documents and Debenture Trust Deeds, Security documents.
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
