Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Legal Specialist for their Intellectual Property team with experience of 10-15 years to join their offices in Bengaluru or Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Patent drafting, filing, office action response drafting / review and maintenance (India, US, Europe and others).
• Experience in dealing matters related to other forms of IPR including but not limited to Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secret.
• Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular IP/Technology related contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/science or equivalent; and
• LLB/LLM with any of the above.
• Post Qualification Experience: 10-15 years (Desired – IT industry).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
