Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Conveyancing Specialist with 2–10 years of experience for their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks in transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the contracts management process.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Update daily and monthly reports and trackers.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- 2–10 years of experience in conveyancing and real estate contracts.
- Knowledge of contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management.
- Strong problem-solving and interpretation skills.
- Understanding of process flows, legal terminology, and conveyancing processes.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS Level 6 or equivalent).
- Familiarity with BPO processes, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
- Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to work with tools such as PEXA, Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, CTS, Docusign, and Adobesign.
