Details of the Job/Internship

Teamware Solutions is hiring a Licenses & Permits Executive with 0–6 months of experience to join their office in Bhubaneswar. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders such as the real estate team, legal, HRBP and HR compliance teams for support in procuring licenses and permits.
• Manage operational metrics in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Screen documents received for license applications.
• Monitor daily license requirements and apply as needed.
• Prepare research documents for license applications.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including TPI.
• Conduct payment analysis for license-related payments.
• Manage email communication with TPI and internal teams.
• Visit sites, coordinate with the operations team and verify license conditions.
• Guide stakeholders on compliance requirements.
• Engage regularly with field teams and the central team regarding documents and information.
• Operate L&P tools such as FCM and maintain related databases.

Eligibility

• 0–6 months of experience.
• Skills: Excel report preparation, data management and stakeholder engagement.
• Desirable skills: Communication, letter drafting and agreements.
