Teamware Solutions is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist to join their office in Bhubaneswar. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, HRBP/HR Compliance teams for licenses and permits support.
• Drive operational efficiency in line with internal and external stakeholders.
• Screen and review documents submitted for license applications.
• Monitor daily license requirements and ensure timely applications.
• Prepare research documents for license procurement.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as TPI.
• Conduct payment analysis for license processing.
• Maintain email communication with TPI and stakeholders for updates.
• Visit sites, coordinate with operations, and verify license conditions.
• Guide stakeholders in compliance requirements and maintain constant communication with field and central teams.
• Operate and maintain L&P tools (FCM) and associated databases.
