Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Specialist with 5–10 years of experience to join their legal team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end litigation matters, including Civil, Criminal, IPR, and Employment cases.
• Manage arbitration, consumer disputes, debt recovery, and company law board matters.
• Provide strategic advisory support.
• Liaise with external law firms and attorneys.
• Appear in court.
• Draft and prepare plaints, written statements, interlocutory applications, legal and demand notices, and responses.
• Develop legal strategies.

Eligibility

LLB with 5–10 years of experience in Disputes and Litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
