Details of the Job/Internship

Teksands.ai is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist with a minimum experience of 8 years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ability to analyze commercial/legal risks and provide advice on specific deals
2. Strong understanding of the principles of contract laws
3. Ability to collaborate and work within a team
4. Ability to independently handle deals and guide the commercial teams
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English language
6. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
8. Display mindset to adapt to new tools and a data-driven culture
9. Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and related software programs

Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law
2. At least 8 years of experience at a law firm and/or legal department of a global corporation
3. Significant experience in commercial negotiations, preferably in IT/ITeS industry

Salary/Stipend
