Details of the Job/Internship

The Shakti Plastic Industries is hiring a Legal Specialist with experience of 6 to 7 years to join their office in Mumbai.

• Schedule: Morning shift
• Experience:  Total work: 6 years (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Business Heads to draft business contracts and vet legal documents.
• Possessing a thorough understanding of EPR rules and regulations, including litigation and non-litigation aspects.
• Handling responses to Government notices.
• Managing legal documentation efficiently.
• Bringing expertise in Plastic Recycling Industries.
• Drafting agreements tailored to BDM requirements.
• Finalizing standard formats for all agreements.

Salary/Stipend

240,000.00- 750,000.00 per month
