Unity Small Finance Bank is hiring a Legal Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join their Corporate Legal Department in Navi Mumbai / Santacruz.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet a range of contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice and support.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts including Software, SaaS, IT, and Loan agreements.
- Proficient in leading contract negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preference for candidates with a background in banking or NBFCs.
- Location preference: Mumbai.
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
- Litigation-focused profiles not required.
