Details of the Job/Internship
Vadis Technologies – A Moody’s Company is hiring a Legal Specialist with 3–4 years of in-house legal experience to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents including NDAs, license agreements, amendments, and demand letters.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and third parties.
- Track and manage legal document workflows and support deal attorneys.
- Communicate internally and externally regarding contract terms, modifications, and statuses.
- Perform legal research and prepare reports on entities or individuals using public data sources.
- Advise business units on legal processes and document handling.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of legal data.
- Align legal strategies with business goals.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 3–4 years of in-house legal experience.
- Familiarity with corporate, contract, and IP law.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts if required.
- Knowledge of AI/legal tech tools is preferred.
