Details of the Job/Internship

vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Specialist to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, review, and negotiate agreements while balancing business and legal requirements.
• Work on laws related to internet business, intermediary guidelines, competition law, legal metrology, data protection, FEMA, and labour laws.
• Coordinate with consultants and lawyers on ongoing litigation and draft notices, replies, pleadings, and related documents.
• Handle high-stakes agreements and terms and conditions.
• Provide legal advice on business activities and prepare advisory notes.
• Obtain and monitor required licenses, approvals, and permissions from authorities and manage government inspections.
• Support the customer service portfolio on legal issues.
• Plan and execute legal strategies.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by reporting heads.
