Details of the Job/Internship

ZOOMLION Middle East is hiring a Legal Specialist with more than 3 years of experience to join its office in Dubai. The role involves supporting operations across the UAE and the wider Middle East, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, providing legal guidance on international trade and financing activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, handling dispute resolution matters, and coordinating with external law firms in relevant jurisdictions. Salary remuneration will be discussed after the selection process.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing risks in commercial and legal documents, including sales contracts, distribution agreements, service contracts, financing lease contracts, guarantee contracts, and employment contracts.
• Providing legal support for international trade, local transactions, and financing lease business in the UAE and the Middle East.
• Advising on compliance matters related to operations in the UAE and identifying potential legal risks.
• Handling disputes, including labour disputes, debt and credit disputes, quality disputes, and delivery disputes.
• Coordinating and managing external law firms in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.

Eligibility

• More than 3 years of legal-related work experience.
• Valid UAE lawyer’s practising qualification or legal qualifications to engage in legal work in the UAE.
• Fluency in English with strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Preference for candidates familiar with UAE Company Law, Labour Law, and the commercial legal framework.

Salary/Stipend
