Details of the Job/Internship

Srivay Industries is hiring a Legal Standing Counsel with 5 to 8 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves handling various legal issues, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and offering legal support for the company’s operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle both civil and criminal matters.
• File Vakalatnamas, give submissions, participate in arguments, and conduct cross-examinations.
• Create evidences, including PWs and DWs.
• Provide sound legal advice and collaborate with departments to address legal challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the corporate legal sector is a plus.
• Experience in appearing before High Courts and District Courts.
• Updated knowledge of current local and national laws.

Salary/Stipend
