ShipGlobal.in is hiring for the position of Legal Stenographer to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Real-Time Transcription: Accurately transcribe spoken words using shorthand or stenotype machines during meetings, court hearings, conferences, and other official events.
- Document Preparation: Format and prepare transcripts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to specified guidelines.
- Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit transcripts to ensure grammatical accuracy, punctuation consistency, and overall coherence.
- Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing records, maintaining files, and performing other assigned administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (80-100 words per minute).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documents.
- Experience in stenography or use of stenotype machines (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience: Fresher or candidates with prior internship experience.
