MantraCare is hiring a Legal Strategy Advisor with experience of 5+ years to support executive leadership in aligning legal frameworks with organisational growth objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance to leadership on business expansion and global operations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks related to new markets, partnerships, and product launches.
- Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and compliance frameworks.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and cross-border transactions.
- Develop governance policies and internal control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with compliance, HR, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor global legal and regulatory developments affecting digital healthcare.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent).
- Licensed legal practitioner in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory strategy, or in-house advisory roles.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and risk assessment skills.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or multinational environments is preferred.
