Details of the Job/Internship

CFX Indonesia is hiring a Legal Supervisor with experience of 3 years to join their office in Jakarta Metropolitan Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Prepare, review, and modify agreements/contracts to support various business activities/transactions.
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with Company policy.
• Research, anticipate, and evaluate different legal issues regarding business planning, decisions, and operations to provide legal pieces of advice and opinions for the Company.
• Handling Permit and License.
• Monitoring and managing corporate legal documents, permit and license
• Communicate, negotiate, and establish relationships with external parties (regulators, external counsel, notary, lawyers, etc.)
• Ensure businesses are compliant with applicable laws including but not limited to payment system laws, data privacy laws, and competition laws
• Review the progress of outstanding litigation cases and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
• Support compliance regulatory matters including mandatory reporting, AML-CFT reporting, and obtainment of regulatory approvals or acknowledgments from BI, OJK, and/or other relevant government authorities.

Eligibility

• A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is preferable. A graduate degree in a related field would be a plus factor;
• Proven English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency both in written and spoken;
• Have minimum 3 years of proven experience working in the legal/ compliance field;
• Preferably have proven experience working in tech startups, the crypto / financial industry will be an additional plus;
• Experience in working with various stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment;
• Strong analytical skills and proactive in problem-solving;
• Must have strong mindsets of self-discipline and self-initiative; and
• Able to maintain good communication and maintain a good working environment within the legal and other departments.

Salary/Stipend
