Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Consumer Products Limited is hiring a Legal Supervisor with experience of 3 years to join their office in East Jakarta.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and mitigate legal risks.
• Responsible for managing and protecting an organization's IP assets, including patents, trademarks, and brands.
• Collaborate with various functions to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated in business operations, events, and projects.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the consumer goods and manufacturing industry and advise the company on any changes or potential impacts.

Eligibility

• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
• Has a minimum total of 3 years of experience.
• Has minimum Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Understand the Litigation process in FMCG.
• Has a strong background in Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
• Good analytical and drafting skills, commercial acumen, and a strong desire to learn, team player, and good written and spoken communication skills, as this position will require interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (3 WFO, 2 WFH), and be located in Halim, East Jakarta.

Salary/Stipend
