Details of the Job/Internship
Herbalife is hiring a legal supervisor to join them in Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- To draft, review and negotiate legal contracts/agreements/documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interest. Ensuring company's interest is well secured while handling agreements.
- Timely reply to legal notices received by the company from various regulatory authorities and issue legal notices to various parties as and when required.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide pro -active, practical, qualitative legal support and guidance to different business functions.
- Support in legal review of marketing materials, training materials, events support.
- To support during statutory audits, dividend payouts, capitalization of profits and all corporate secretarial matters.
- The role will be of an individual contributor.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed university in India & Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
- Sharp legal knowledge, expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, excellent communication skills, ability to take independent decisions and work with senior leadership of the country. Team player.
- PQE: 5-6 years.
