Details of the Job/Internship
Scarlett Indonesia is hiring a Legal Supervisor with experience of 3 years to join their office in West Jakarta.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the company's legal documents and archives systematically and securely.
- Ensure legal documents are signed, stored, and managed according to procedures.
- Provide legal support to all companies regarding contracts and documentation.
- Assist in ensuring the company complies with applicable legal regulations.
- Coordinate with external parties needed to meet legal requirements
- Handle administrative legal requirements, including permits and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all business activities have adequate legal support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Legal or any related major.
- Having combined working experience in a Law firm of at least 3 years and 3 years with talent/ads agencies.
- Familiar with Indonesian law, especially corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead a team of legal professionals and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess legal and risk mitigation, as well as providing strategic advice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills for handling contracts and disputes.
- Ability to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's goals.
