Details of the Job/Internship
Hyperloop Consultancy Group is hiring a Legal Support Associate (Intern) to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and assist in preparing legal documents, notices, MoUs, agreements, affidavits, NOCs, and resolutions.
- Conduct legal research on UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034, MHADA, SRA, and Co-operative Society laws.
- Support title verification, document review, and compliance analysis.
- Maintain legal files, MIS reports, registers, and documentation as per SOP.
- Coordinate with societies, developers, advocates, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist in 79A proceedings, tender drafting, legal evaluation, and feasibility support.
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, follow-up communication, and tracking reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to statutory requirements and internal processes.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed LLB / BA-LLB / BCom-LLB.
- Knowledge of property laws, real estate regulations, and CHS redevelopment frameworks preferred.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail, professional communication, and good time management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and formal email correspondence.
