Nemetschek Group is hiring a Legal Support Specialist with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advanced legal expertise in corporate law, securities, and international contracts.
• Manage cross-border compliance and navigate legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct strategic risk assessments and align legal advice with global business goals.
• Oversee litigation management and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements while explaining legal intricacies to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders across different cultural contexts.
• Handle international transactions and coordinate legal efforts between different regional offices.
• Mitigate reputational risks and ensure flexibility in legal operations across diverse markets.

Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience as corporate legal counsel with significant international exposure.
• Advanced legal expertise in corporate law, contracts, and securities.
• Proven track record in handling cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional coordination.
• Proficiency in navigating diverse legal systems, particularly in the EMEA or APAC regions.
• M&A Experience: A substantial background in Mergers and Acquisitions is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills for drafting agreements and engaging with stakeholders.
• Strategic business acumen with a focus on risk mitigation and global alignment.
