Details of the Job/Internship

Onit is hiring for the position of Legal Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Customize and implement CLM solutions to meet client needs across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain automated legal document templates by developing logical trees that convert drafting into a structured Q&A format.
• Analyze client requirements, design tailored solutions, and lead projects from setup to delivery.
• Support users by ensuring seamless automation of legal processes (approval flows, e-signing, repository management, etc.).
• Partner with leading corporations in the US and globally, contributing to high-impact projects with Fortune 500 customers.

Eligibility

• Language: Fluency in English (C1–C2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal Background: 2–3 years of legal experience (education or practice) with an interest in non-traditional legal career paths.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced MS Word skills with strong document formatting expertise.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms or similar legal tech tools.
• Experience with workflow automation, process mapping tools, and AI tools is a plus.
• Core Skills:
• Analytical mindset and logical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing and project management abilities.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical and process-related issues.
• Tools: Comfort working with Excel, Jira, Confluence, and support ticketing systems.
• Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal drafting standards and document management best practices.
