Onit India is hiring for the position of Legal Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Customize and implement CLM solutions for diverse clients.
- Build automated legal document templates using logical Q&A workflows.
- Analyze client needs and lead tailored solution projects.
- Configure approval flows, e-signing integrations, and repository structures.
- Provide user training, technical support, and process improvement insights.
- Collaborate on global projects with US-based and international corporate clients.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of legal experience (through work or education).
- Fluency in English (C1–C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong MS Word expertise, especially in document formatting.
- Analytical mindset with precision in logic-building and process design.
- Familiarity with CLM systems, workflow automation, or legal tech tools.
- Comfort with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI tools, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and adapt to evolving requirements.
