Details of the Job/Internship
Onit is hiring a legal professional with 2–3 years of experience to support its AI-powered legal technology products.
Role and Responsibilities
- Configure and customize CLM solutions for clients across various legal tech products.
- Create, manage, and refine automated legal document templates using Q&A-based logical trees.
- Analyse client requirements and lead professional services projects.
- Provide ongoing user support and ensure smooth automation of legal processes.
- Build and manage approval workflows, e-signature processes, and document repositories.
- Collaborate with international clients, including large global corporations.
- Support high-profile projects and ensure effective client relationship management.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of legal experience through work or education.
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and legal document formatting.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CLM systems or legal technology platforms.
- Experience with automated workflows, process mapping, and document management tools.
- Comfort with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI tools, and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with international clients.
