Details of the Job/Internship

JPMorgan is hiring a Legal Support Team – Counsel with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents such as NDAs, NRLs, and confidentiality joinder agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners globally.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a premier law school with membership in a recognized bar or jurisdictional organization.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law within a major law firm or financial institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Compliance with all relevant licensing requirements prior to employment.
