Details of the Job/Internship

TransPerfect Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Team Lead with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform first-line review and quality checks for relevance and privilege on document review projects.
• Assist in creating, implementing, and improving project workflows and quality control techniques.
• Manage changes in work scope and provide guidance and regular feedback to team members.
• Grasp complex subject matters and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Draft document-specific and general queries to obtain client/counsel guidance.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and project managers.
• Develop analytical skills to research solutions and determine appropriate courses of action.
• Ensure projects meet client and industry standards, specifications, and deadlines.
• Balance team workload to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Run advanced searches and search term reports; maintain quality control trackers.
• Focus on accuracy and first-time-right approach to minimize rework.
• Participate in internal communications to improve department-level processes.
• Handle Relativity and other document review platforms.
• Perform additional tasks or special duties as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B).
• Deep knowledge of eDiscovery and document review projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery document review projects.
• Experience with Relativity; certification is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
